Who Is Fusian Web Solutions..
...the Beginning:
Fusian Web Solutions was created out of another business (Fusian Consulting Group) to address the specialized Web needs of the Small Business Owner, within the York, Lancaster and Harrisburg Pa areas.
Fusian Consulting was originally a manufacturing business consulting firm established in 2002. While trying to establish & grow the business, we soon recognized a larger small business need related to the growth of the internet and its power in marketing businesses.
Fusian Consulting began to change its focus and create a business model centered on providing WebSite services to local small businesses.
Our market research revealed that small businesses needed a better cost model than that offered by other local providers. The financial resources of small businesses are limited and any marketing /advertising activity had to be cost effective, and yet scalable to accomodate the depth of WebSites, ranging from the simple 1 page to the more ambitious WebSite marketing campaigns.
Hence, Fusian Consulting created a business model fashioned after the trends in the manufacturing industries to provide higher value at lower costs. This model offers a scalable plan from a simple 1 page website, to a multi-page website all designed to support and supplement the current printed advertising of small businesses, while at the top end, provide a multi-page WebSite supplemented with Search Engine Optimization and other on-line marketing techniques.
We also felt that the business model required that the business should have its own name to better align itself with its mission.
Thus, Fusian Web Solutions was created.

Fusian Web Solutions brings together over 30 years of experience from various fields:
- Doug has over 25+ yrs of various management level experience in a number of industries. His formal technical education in Physics and Computer science, coupled with his vast global business experience allows him to understand your business needs and resource limitations. Understanding your business needs is crucial to integrating a WebSite to support your business growth.
- Fusian also has the computer science technical support of Dave, educated in Computer Science languages and networking systems.
